Type of Event - Large Format Event
Date - 29th October,2012
Venue - Highness Hotel, Mehsana

The league came together to discuss the 'Best Practices in Tyre Maintenance'. The event was held on October 29th, 2012 in Mehsana at The Highness Hotel. Ravi Agarwal anchored the event which saw 82 people in attendance. A total of 65 people participated in the event, of which 45 were fleet owners from the Tanker, Tipper and MLO segments.

The discussions were led by Mr. Pradeep C. Varaiya (Head Training, Indag Rubber Ltd.). Mr. Varaiya won over the audience as he started his session with a short song in Gujarati. He gave his speech in fluent Gujarati and the audience listened with great interest to every word. He also provided valuable insights on Tyre Maintenance and how it forms a critical part of the OPECO.

IIM-A students attended the event and interacted with Fleet Owners. They surveyed 20 fleet owners on service quality as a part of their YTP course design.

New updates include fleet owners showing a considerable interest in MTBL Vehicles, the DI3200 attracting many customers in particular. The Plant Team also interacted with key Milk Transporters of Mehsana.

This concluded yet another successful event that furthered our philosophy of Outperformance.
